Are my temps to high?

So I have a evga ftw3 ultra 3080 and I've been messing around with different settings in games and I've noticed in destiny 2 and overwatch I'm seeing my graphics card at 100% usage and sitting around 79 to 80 degrees. But I do have all of the setting maxed out at 1080p and I also put the render scales up to 200 on both games. I was just wondering if these temps where to high for my card. Thanks for any help.

GPU can survive up to 100c, so 80c is normal.

Using the Precision X1 aggressive fan curve my card runs around 65 degrees at 100% usage. What's your fan curve like? And I've got the XC3 Ultra so your card has a better cooler and should run even lower than that.

i've not seen a ftw3 above 70C, whats the airflow like and ambient temp?

Air flow through the case is pretty good its a cooler master nr600 and the ambient is about 75 degrees f

I would try going a bit more aggressive or use the aggressive preset, I believe it sets 80% fan speed at 70 degrees but I'm not at my pc to check at the moment. When I was using the default initially my temps got up to 77 so the aggressive curve made a huge difference.

I switched it to the aggressive settings and ran some d2 for a bit and yah it dropped down and it peaked at 71 with 100 percentage usage
