Alright, so I'm having this problem where my PC or my GPU, I'm not quite sure, crashes whenever I'm playing games. Screen goes blank and I hear a loud buzzing noise, after which I have no other choice but to hard reboot it. It has been driving me crazy for months, as nothing on my PC isn't playable anymore. Back in september, when I didn't know what was causing the problem and was using pc from 2010, with RX 560 and 650W PSU, I bought new RAM and motherboard hoping it will fix something, but the problem still appeared. It surely cannot be RAM or MB because the problem appeared with both old and new specs. But what makes me so sure it is the GPU is when I installed my old GPU and for a whole week it worked perfectly fine. Also I installed the GPU into my brother's PC, which had no issues and was working fine, the problem appeared. I RMA'd the GPU and they declined my appeal, saying that I "did not use the device properly" and they did the same thing 4 times, declining all 4 of my appeals. When playing games the temperature of GPU is fine, reaching max 45-50c. I've never overclocked the GPU. One thing I have noticed though is the GPU usage spiking like crazy from 1 to 100% like crazy, non stop. Does this have anything to do with the PSU? I also attached screenshots of the GPU usage, while typing this.
