The WD4002FFWX has double the cache over the WD4001FFSX (128MB vs. 64MB), and a higher internal data rate (201MBps vs. 171MBps).

The WD4002FFWX has double the cache over the WD4001FFSX (128MB vs. 64MB), and a higher internal data rate (201MBps vs. 171MBps).
