my computer internet is slow

all my other devises are getting around 20 mbps and my desctop pc is getting 11 i am running windows 10 and i am using ethernet cable in. Metered connection is off help me i have run out of idea's i have also talked to my internet provider and basicly nothing came out of that.

Are you running a VPN? Are you downloading anything when you test it? What type of ethernet cable are you using (Cat 5, 5e, etc.).

 

What are the port types on your router?

 

Have you tried updating the drivers for your motherboard?

no vpn running an i have no idia how to update my mother board driver
