Need help Identifying this Windows Tool!

It's a well known piracy tool that we're not allowed to discuss here.

Oh! I did not know it was a piracy tool! I have come across other PID Tools, I find them janky and almost unusable to check a keys I already own.

Okay, I was unware, I have never come across this tool, I always buy, albeit keys from sites that sell them for a lot cheaper. [I know that that can be concidered piracy in some cases]

I am interested in this tool because it gives stats on the key! I was not aware it is a piracy tool!
