that is all the listing said 2x xeon 6 core cpu 16 gb ram on each and said working "refurbished" with i assume means used but it is on next-door for 250 for both the listing also said if you bring a monitor you can test them before you buy them

yea id test them for sure, but seems like a reasonble deal. Check the raid card, if it has the perc 6i, there is a 2tib limit.

yah i cary a spare 7"monitor i bought on that off chance and it will pay off and how do i check the raid card?

Easiest way to tell is the connectors the raid card uses. The h710 and other newer cards use the sff 8087 cables, where the older 6i uses the sff 8484. Look for pictures online to get a idea. Also will probably tell you in the raid card info/ on the card.

A lot of google, youtube, and then at work now. The more time you spend with servers the more random parts and facts you seem to know about.
