If you don't have any 3/4PIN headers on your motherboard, you can connect your fans using 3PIN - Molex adapters. This means your fans will be running at 12V (100%) all the time. To extend your fan cables, you can buy 3pin - 3pin fan extensions.

So It mean Is possible to connect 3 fan with 3 pin connector, for example one side of the cable has 3 pink and other side has 3 cable each one has 3 pin right ? like in the picture ....

Hard to decipher exactly what you're asking; however, i presume you mean that is it possible to connect 3 fans to one 3pin header - as the picture shows? If that is what you're asking, then yes. It is possible.

I suggest that you get a fan speed controller for your 5.25 in bay or get a splitter.

I think Fan Xpert will either not work controlling the 3 fans or they will be all running the same speed and the fans will be running on the same fan curve. Check your fan current ratings on your motherboards and fans to see if the header supports 3 fans.
