As the title reads, my games crash immediately after launching them. I'm running a Gigabyte 5600XT Gaming OC. I have the latest AMD drivers and the latest F3 vBIOS. I have tried everything I could think of: flashing an older vBIOS (F2), rolling back to an older driver version, DDU-ing the drivers and reinstalling them and even reseating my card. I used to get this error message

But now I no longer get it for some reason, also, my WattMan settings keep resetting on their own whenever I restart.

I have no idea what the issue is and all I want is to play games on my new rig. Any help is appreciated.

I've had that exact card, it was defective and I swapped it out for an nvidia one. Does it ever happen on idle? Ever get any issues booting?

pretty sure the new software for AMD GPUs nowadays is Software Adrenalin 2020... you could try moving into that instead of Wattman and see if it helps you solve your problems... otherwise, I have no idea...

I am using Adrenalin 2020, at least I think so, never heard of Wattman until a few days ago when it started crashing, I just get a notification saying that Wattman settings were reset. Any idea on how to "switch" to Adrenalin??

uninstall Wattman and clean everything with DDU, restart your pc and then install Adrenalin... your pc is probably auto installing Wattman because you still have the install file so try deleting that as well... make sure you only have Adrenalin... pretty sure only one software can run at a given time so that's probably the source of your problem?

How long have you had that graphics card for? Does it crash on youtube as well or just in games (any game?)? What cpu and power supply do you have? How old is your computer?

Built the pc a few days ago, the card was bought in April, crashes in all games but YouTube is fine. I have a R5 3600 and a Corsair CV650

Edit: I'd like to clarify I only have 2 games for now but I'm planning to install more later because of my limited wifi package, sometimes they crash immediately sometimes they run for a few minutes then crash, the games are Minecraft and Rocket League

Thank you so much, I will try that whenever I am able to but I am still a bit confused about Wattman. I open my Radeon settings using Alt+R and tune my fan curves from there. What does wattman exactly have to do with this and how would I uninstall it? Sorry I'm more of a hardware person than a software person and don't really understand how any of this works.

Wattman was the previous gpu software for AMD... Software Adrenalin 2020 is the newest one which adds support for the 6000series cards... this is also why I hate and never really recommend AMD gpus in general because of the terrible software support for long term use on any of their products...
