Wireless mouse connectivity

Go to solution Solved by Inelastic,

I've been using a Razer Naga Pro for a while now and it has been working flawlessly. I use the 2.4 dongle because it's much faster since it uses their hyperspeed, low latency, tech. It could have been your mouse, your pc, or even interference with other wifi devices.

A year ago I used wireless mouse. It came with its own dongle and worked very good. The only problem I encountered were occasional disconnections (like when I hold mouse button clicked it releases for no reason, I also had problems with mouse wheel because when I was scrolling it would jump up and down, I'm guessing it was also a problem wihh connectivity as the mouse was fairly new). I became annoyed and bought proper wired mouse that's working fine, but now I'm wondering, are all wireless mice like this? I mean I didn't really notice any lag with mouse and I was super satisfied with it aside from those random connection problems. Was it just that I bought a bad mouse or what. My PC is very close to mouse so the distance wasn't the problem. Would it be better to use Bluetooth mouse that connects to PCs Bluetooth instead of mouse witj it's own dongle? Was the battery problem (I did change it few times but connection problems persisted)? I was just thinking about that mouse and I realised that I'm not sure what to think about them anymore. I use Bluetooth controller and I never noticed any connectivity problems but then again, maybe it is not so noticeable in game. What are your experiences?
