I need help with this case

Hey for christmas i got a knew gpu,cpu and motherboard turns out that the motherboard doesnt fit into the case i have now so i am going to buy a knew one and was wondering if anyone knew if a b450 tomohawk max would fit into a CORSAIR Carbide Series SPEC-05 ATX Mid-Tower PC Case if some one could leave a comment and let me know that would be great thanks :)

Both are ATX so they should fit together. Is your old case Micro-ATX or why does it not fit, how close is it?
