Need help with a gpu for 150 usd

bought my first pc in April a 3rd gen i3
With some help of some really nice people I got gifted with a i3-7100 8gb 2600 and a gigabyte h110m-ds2
But now I have the problem of a gpu currently I have been using a friend gt430 but with the fact that I started a yt channel it doesn't look to good
Basicly I have 150 usd and I need n gpu I had my eyes set on a gtx970 but I'm not sure
Any advice would help

Look at an 8GB RX 580 or a 1650 Super
