Unfortanatly I'm not able to get the dump files as I can't boot from anything. I can enter my bios but the second I try to boot into anything it gets a BSOD.

My CPU is an I7-8700, and the motherboard is an Asus ROG STRIX Z370-I GAMING.

My motherboard has POST LEDs that don't seem to report anything wrong in POST.

I have switched out all my parts, and concluded it has to be the motherboard or CPU.

Some of the error codes I have gotten include:

PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA

SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED

IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

UNEXPECTED KERNAL MODE TRAP

KMODE EXCEPION NOT HANDLED

Then there is the most common one that pops up:

WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR

I tried reseating the CPU which didn't help, and I can't see anything wrong. Everything shows up in bios.

How many RAM sticks and are they all the same?

It can be driver to blame, you can't even boot in safe mode?

Have you tried startup repair from installation media? The boot partition might be corrupted or whole disk died. You can check hardware by trying to boot from live linux USB stick.

You can even create linux live USB from android phone, if no other options:

I can't get into safe mode. I can't get into a instalation media. I can't get into automatic repair. They all give me BSOD. Both my Rams sticks are the same, I have ruled out ram by putting that ram in a different computer though. I just don't have a spare motherboard, or CPU with the same socket to try to test those that way. I even tested the drives the same way I was able to boot with them in another system. Just noth with my motherboard or CPU.
