Shut down the pc.

Switch off PSU and remove the cmos battery.

I'm the meantime, while you wait 10 minutes, take the ram stick and install it to the first slot where it should be.

Then assemble the battery and power on switch on the PSU and attempt to post.

I had the same exact problem with my Ryzen 1600af build...I was freaking out because I had no way of knowing whether the CPU, RAM, MB or PSU were bad. I had a black screen with some lights turning on, but no cpu fan.

What I did was physically turn off the PSU (switch on the back) and unplugged it from the wall outlet for an hour (although you probably only need to do this for 15-20 minutes). I plugged it back in, turned the power switch on the PSU back on and everything worked fine. If that doesn't work, also try Shrimp Brines suggestion of removing the battery on the motherboard.

It does look like your RAM is seated in the wrong slot, which may or may not cause problems. I'd suggest moving it to the slot closest to the CPU. Also, Ryzens run MUCH better in dual channel, so I'd highly recommend getting another stick of the same RAM to fill both slots.

I did it an i didnt’t work.

I have the ram stick to the second slot because last time i swap it to the second slot and it worked but now i moved it to the first one and still it does not work.

Okay, look over everything and see if anything obvious pops out at you. I'd start with making sure all of the plugs are seated (you can unplug and replug each one individually) then if that doesn't work, reseat the CPU and try again. Systematically look at each component, one at a time rather than tear the entire PC apart...

Do i need to reapply thermal paste? Because I don’t have one.

I'd take a look at everything else first (since you currently don't have thermal paste), if that doesn't work - reseat the CPU and apply new thermal paste.

It’s solved thank you guys! ❤️

I used a trick from my old pc and I cleaned my ram stick with a freaking eraser and it booted now no joke.

Do you think my bios have to do something with this?

Nevermind... After one hour of playing League of Legends i get a blackscreen i look down and it’s the same problem

I removed the CPU and reinstall the thermal paste and still nothing...
