LOW FPS HIGH END PC

Currently having an issue with my pc recently. 

 

Warzone 1080p ultra settings = 110fps?

CSGO 1080p max settings = 140fps?

PUBG 1080p ultra settings = 180fps?

 

Not really sure what is happening but feel as if something is limiting my pc. 

 

Had already turned those nvidia control panel stuff to high performance and power management settings as well. 

 

Could somebody help me please?

XMP on? Ram running in the right channel? Temps?

Try using MSI Afterburner to look at GPU and CPU load while gaming? Look at individual cores, mind you, not overall or average usage.

 

Since you're using a 3080 at 1080p, you're most likely CPU limited more than anything. Try increasing the resolution and/or detail level?
