Bios problem

By accident I deactivated the integrated graphics and I can't see the bios or anything and I tried to reset the bios and it doesn't reset, the pc turns on and everything just doesn't give an image, someone knows what to do some command or something. My mobo is a H110m-hds r3.0

Three questions:

1. What are your specs?
2. Why is the formatting all weird?

3. Did you remove the CMOS battery and leave the system unplugged?

1- I have a i5-6500 8gb 2x 500gb hdd

2- I don't know

Just in case something went wrong with the reset, here is what to do:

1. Unplug the system and turn off the PSU switch

2. Spam the power button about 20 times

3. Wait an hour or so just to be sure
4. Come back, turn the PSU on, plug the system in, and test it.
