Minecraft server error

Hello!

 

I am trying to host a modded minecraft server for my friends and me to play on. It is running Valhesia 3. 

 

Everytime I try to launch the server I get an error "Can't keep up! is the server overloaded? Running 2149ms or 42 ticks behind"

 

The server is running on a 3900x and 32 gb of ram, so I don't see how server specs could be the issue. I have the latest version of the server for the modpack downloaded.

 

Does anyone know what I need to do?

Case: InWin 303 Motherboard: Asus TUF X570-Plus Processor: Ryzen R9-3900x GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3070 Ram: 32 GB DDR4 3000 MHZ

 PSU: Corsair CX750M Storage: 1TB Intel 660p NVME SSD and a 2TB Seagate 7200RPM HDD Mouse: Logitech G600 Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 Headphones: Steelseries Arctis 7 Audio: Shure PGA58 with a Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen
