It should all work together without issue. You might consider a better cpu cooler if you plan to overclock.

You may want to consider the 970 Evo 1TB NVMe, since you're getting a board with NVMe support. SATA is definitely going to be slower.

At this budget you could get a Ryzen 5 5600x and an RTX 3060 ti. I would wait for availability or buy used, no sense in paying full retail prices for last gen hardware.
