Mouse 4 opens file explorer

This is on Windows 10 and I have an MSI Clutch GM08 mouse.

What do I do to fix it.
 

Can't fix it in "Dragon Center"?

Sadly, Dragon Center is not the best software, and its only tech support is to download dragon center.
