Issue in Cold War with stability

On my current computer rig, I can run the game with minimal crashes with my ram speed at 2133, but when I enable XMP in my bios, my game will not run past 5 minutes before receiving a fatal error. The system is stable without Call of Duty running, and I have tried other fixes I have found online to no avail. Any suggestions would be helpful!
