PC doesn't POST to TV upon first bootup

I recently bought the LGNANO49 TV and have my RTX 3080 connected to it, problem is using the HDMI 2.1 cable i bought off amazon seems to cause the PC to get stuck when booting up each time i turn it on. I have to turn it off again and turn it back on a second time for it POST to the TV and it runs normally. Though this is a bit annoying and i wanted to fix it, any suggestions?

WD Black 2TB 7200RPM 3.5 inch boosted by 16gb intel optane

Is it always connected to it or are you switching to a monitor sometimes?

What do you mean by getting stuck exactly?

PC is always connected to the TV, and when it gets stuck it doesn't want to boot, fans will ramp up really fast and nothing will happen on screen or to the PC till i turn it off and on.
