Windows Dark Theme not working

I just format my PC, somehow file explorer aren't changing to dark theme.

 

I already change theme there from light to dark and even restart the PC

 

doesn't work

 

Any ideas?

You can't modify most things about Windows unless it's activated. There isn't a watermark, but this is a secondary watermark and it wouldn't show up there.

So two questions:

1. Which version of Windows is this? 1507, 1803, 2004, 20H2, etc.

2. Did you pay for a key/is Windows activated?

Update to 20H2. That should fix your problems.

yeah i noticed, i press the windows update and noticed that it began downloading again

 

should have made a newer windows 10 media. this one is too outdated lol

Yea 1803 didn't have the dark Explorer theme I don't think.  But, you should still have color accent options, something's a bit off there.

its ok, i'm downloading the update right now. perhaps that'll fix the issue
