FPS caping problem!!!

Hi!

So i have this problem with my FPS - When i am palying CSGO with uncapped fps_max 0, it is around 450-700,when i CAP it to fps_max 300 it is like 260-289... never stays 300.

My pc is besat !!!

Ryzen 5600x(4.60Ghz)

Gtx 1080Ti 11gb

32g of RAM

SSD.

Ganing X motherboard b550

I have Nvidia setting- vsync off !!!!

I have this feeling that is something to do with Bios options...

It's just a displaying error. When i lock my games to 144 FPS i often get a static 136FPS readout. Also you're not gonna notice the difference between 289 and 300 FPS anyway, even if it would really be runnin gat 289FPS.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

Hey!

Thanks to quick RP.

Befor i had i7 4970k and i was able to do that and FPS stays at 300. Its very strange.... if cap it on like fps_max 250 it gous around 200-+

I just dont know much about this mother board what i have,i think there is some setting that needs to be enabled or disabled.
