troubleshooting Low gpu and cpu usage in games

Here are my pc specs Ryzen 5 3500x B450 AORUS pro wifi motherboard 16gb 3600mhz ram 250gb ssd 1tb hdd 650w power supply zotac rtx 2060 6gb

 

My gpu and cpu usage during games such as valorant is around 30 percent while for gta v its around 50 percent. I wish to get more frames in this game is there any way i can increase my gpu and cpu to get more frames. My gpu and cpu do not bottleneck each other and my ram is in the correct slot with xmp enabled.

Check the following:

Go to Nvidia Control Panel and then Click Manage 3D Settings Menu. Then Scroll down to where it says    Power Management Mode      and select     Prefer Max Performance

i toggled it but the gpu and cpu usage is still the same

then try to lower or highen the quality of the Game Graphics.

And see what are the changes.

First lower the setting and check usage of both and then higher the settings and then check usage.

gpu and cpu usage only differ slightly from medium to high graphics
