Also Concerned About Memory Choice

Hi guys,

 

After looking at memory for a while I decided to pull the trigger on a set of RAM, F4-3600C16Q-32GTZN today from Newegg

 

When I initially looked at this RAM it was on my Motherboard QVL, and my Motherboard was on the RAMs QVL (Asus Strix X570-E)

 

However with Ryzen 5000, and as I have just purchased a 5900x, I noticed that compatibility has been removed from the motherboards QVL. Is there a reason that now this kit won't run at its advertised speeds? Id prefer to know this before my RAM arrives and I open the packaging.

Motherboard QVLs are generally just a set of memory that the manufacturer has tested, not an exhaustive list of what works. 5000 series is essentially the same memory-wise as 3000 series, so I highly doubt it'll be a problem.
