Hard to say, pretty much all PCBs are nVidia reference boards with minor changes at best. The really good ones take some time to come out, usually 6 months so expect them in march or april of next year. Performance wise they are very close together. Even the reference board does a good enough job of cooling the card so that's then a personal choice and comes down to your preferences.
