Get a non reference one. They are better cooling wise, and generally OC better as well.

If you're going to be comfortable with the temperatures, sure, just keep it. If I had a choice, I would swap that with an EVGA ACX card.

^^ Agreed go i would go for the ACX cooler

The reference cooler is actually pretty good, so if you like how it looks then you should still be fine. Aftermarket coolers will still perform better and likely get better overclocks.

I use an EVGA GTX 780 with ACX cooling and it's never gotten above 69 C (Crysis 3 on max settings at 1920x1080).
