When to build 800 dollar Setup

I am building a PC with monitor and peripherals.
800 US dollars in the US

I want to play AAA games at medium/high settings at 1080p such as Microsoft flight simulator. I will edit 1080p videos as well. I need a motherboard with WiFi. I do not know when to build a Computer I am wondering if a 3050 ti in early 2021. Should I buy anything now or not get a 3050 ti thank you.

So I have around a 1000 dollar setup at the moment which i built couple months back. Right now the prices of components are outrageous. I recommend waiting a couple of months until the prices come back to normal. Concerning the 3050ti, no one really knows if that card is really going to come out, as they didn't have a 2050.
