im going to build a gaming pc out of 

 

msi 550 a pro

amd ryzen 7 3700x

corsair vengeance rgb pro 16 gb (2 x 8 gb)

kingston a400 960gb 

sapphire plus rx 5700 xt

corsair txm gold 750w

 

is it going to explode? 

if there is any better pls let me know.

sounds like a good plan. the kingston a400 is one of the slowest ssds, may be worth investing in something a bit better, like a wd blue or crucial mx.

i'd spend 10 dollars more and get the msi b550 tomahawk. it beats most x570 mobos out there. also the a400 ssd aint that good, get a kingston a2000 m.2 ssd. is is nvme got dram and is faster than sata (altho that is almost un noticeable it is still nice)

 

also put all your parts in pc partpicker and it will tell you if some parts wont be able to go together

b550 mortar or b550 tomahawk ?

b550 mortar are in stock in local shops 

i didn't find any 550 tomahawk in any local shops 

the shipment is expansive in oman 

i am thinking about replacing my untouched b550 a pro by b550 mortar. is it worth it?

tomahawk, basically the other msi mobos had so much complaints that msi had to make an apology. their apology was the tomahawk mobos that are rlly good. if u cant find any other tomohawks then dont buy an msi. get an asrock or smt
