Trying to "emulate" a GPU.

Suppose I've a GPU (GPU 1) with 896 shader cores, 1,000MHz clock speed and 1,500MHz vRAM frequency and I'm trying to "emulate" (for the lack of a better term) another GPU (GPU 2) which has 512 coes, 800MHz clock speed and 1,200MHz vRAM frequency; would I be able to accomplish that by downclocking my GPU to 457MHz and vRAM to 1,200MHz (table below)?

Everything else is the same. Same architecture, same ROPs, same L2 cache, same memory bus width, same everything. The only other difference I can think of is the number of TMUs (56 vs. 32), as each TMU cluster has 16 cores but I think it shouldn't impact the performance much, if at all.

My question is; how accurate the result would be?

Thanks!

What do you want to achieve with that? Yes, you can downclock both the memory and core, but the extra GPCs (I'm assuming Nvidia) will make it hard for you to achieve the same precise performance.
