Why am i'm flying? ESO help. Please.

So i was playing ESO and then almost the whole screen turned blue (ligth blue) and i couldn't move anymore. I restarted the game hoping that that would fix but no now i have flying in the air or rather fallling since 10 minutes and i can't do shit. If i re-restart the game it gives me the same shit. Seriously? WHY AM I'M FLYING? HALP!

I have the newest version (so i can't update...) and i have alread tried to restart my PC. Same shit.

Been downloading ESO the whole saturday, and then the launcher screws up and resets to 0%. F*ck this :(

Same thing happened to me, It sucks.
