I have a Turtle beach p11 and it picks up alot of noises from my computer that I don't want it to such as scrolling on mouse/dragging things. I have looked it up and apparently if I get a decent sound card it will fix this issue, so what sound card should I get. I would prefer one below £80

Wait, do you mean the microphone picks up sounds like the mouse's scroll wheel scrolling? If you mean that your microphone is picking up background noise like that, then a sound card really won't help. The problem would be an overly sensitive microphone.

If you mean that there is hiss or other abnormal noises coming out of the speakers of the headphones, then an internal sound card might not help since just like an on-board chip, it resides inside the case with all the interference. Thus, an external sound card/dac would be better solution.
