blue screen from sleep mode and srttrail.txt

hello,

I have recently finished  building my first pc and am having blue screens when I wake up my pc from sleep mode and sometimes when I boot. I have double-checked all my components but they do not seem to be what is causing the problem. I have windows, my Nvidia graphic drivers, and bios drivers up to date. I even tried formatting my m.2 ssd and reinstalling a windows 10 media creation tool copy but the blue screens still happen. When I try to go in the automatic recovery and try to repair it says that I am unable to repair due to  "srttrail.txt". I have followed many tutorials but they have not solved my problem. I also have added my dump files and system info for LEGENDARY PC MASTERS if it can help.

i would appreciate any help from you guys!

One of the BSOD log is related to memory/RAM error. Are you using 2 stick or 4 stick of RAM?
