671W seems to be the maximum draw under load using an Asus 280X and XFX 280X according to AnandTech: http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1058.  Not sure what other hardware that's with but I'd recommend a 750W or higher PSU that's atleast 80+ Bronze.

My specs below,  you're gonna need atleast 750w for 2*280x, I know because I own them, my system draws upto 760w, that's because I mine which tends to increase power usage. But get a 750w or higher just to be safe.

Is a Corsair RM750 good enough? Or sould i choose a Corsair RM850 just to be safe?

750 should be fine if you're just gaming and not mining, but if you wanna overclock your gpu's and cpu(especially if you have an FX) than I would say get an 800 just to be safe.
