Are you looking to self-host something, or make your own platform?

Uh... as @Den-Fi said, you need to provide a LOT more information than "cloud service" for anyone to understand what you actually want to do, as there is a plethora of different cloud-based services you could run. (Web hosting, file storage, note taking, habit tracking, code repositories, online calendars, media streaming, etc.) That being said, if one of us had the magic answer to setting up a profitable cloud-based service, we probably wouldn't be sharing it freely with others since that'd be a conflict of interest - we'd be running this cloud service ourselves because money.
