Looking for good quality MOBO to pair with i7 9700k and 3080.

There is a deal for the 9700k for $200 rn but I want to find a good mobo for it before I lock in my purchase. I would prefer to pay less than $200 for the mobo if possible. I do not need wifi, I have a wifi card in my current system and I am not planning on doing any crazy overclocking. 

I looked up the MOBO reviews but last gen's MOBOs have gone up in price and are more expensive than current gen.

I am mainly going to be playing cyberpunk and cod on this computer.
