Two fold to this:

First after spending £500 pound trying to fix my pc crashing, i found the culprit is my xbox one controller connecting via bluetooth (don't ask, trust me)

What's the best alternative? Preferably wireless

Second, as a result of thisI 'm trying to use a mouse and keyboard more on my couch but having a small form keyboard and mouse on the arm of the chair isn't cutting it.

I was looking at the Corsair lapboard. Is this the best choice?

Thanks

Buy the Xbox Wireless adapter for Windows 10. Xbox one controllers are known to have issues running over bluetooth. I ordered a xbox one controller bundle that comes with this adapter and it works flawlessly. If you don't want to use a controller, a lap board might be the next best thing.

I've been using the Lapboard, K63 Wireless, and a Dark Core for about 3 years now to play on the couch, and it's a solid setup.  There is memory foam padding underneath the Lapboard, which makes it comfortable for long use.  You can also easily relocate the keyboard and mouse on your desktop when you're not playing on the TV, so pretty convenient.

Don't have a desktop so it works for me, I like the idea of only having two things to move not three, sounds picky but with my sidetable it would be much easier.

I was looking at the ironclaw as I have bigger hands?

Ironclaw Wireless would work great too.  A lot of people with larger hand profiles really like the shape based on my interactions with them at conventions.  Let me know if you have any questions.

Ordered the lapboard but the keyboard is out of stock in the uk so i might have to find one that "fits" in the space and secure it somehow. I think I'm going to go with the ironclaw wireless.

My only comment on the board is that I wish there was someway to secure a mouse if you needed to let go, it just slides off so i have to put it to one side.

The only other keyboard that will fit is a wired version of the K63, but it won't have the locking clips to hold it in place.  When I first started using this setup, I had the same thing happen, but got in the habit of balancing the board or setting the mouse down separate.
