Hi i got a problem with my pc. Everything started when my electricity went of and my ups failed. after that i turned my pc on and it started a startup recovery after 3 hours it finished then it automatically turned on and only thing i can see is a blackscreen with a mouse that you can move. when i turn on pc it shows starting windows after that that black screen with a mouse

have you tried pressing control+alt+delete and start task manager and then from there monitor the processes and maybe start command prompt?

I've tried it and nothing will show up.

I can't just a black screen  with a mouse. I can discribe : black destop picture, no taskbar, no icons just black screen with a mouse.

Hmm. I sometimes get this on one of my computers and usually restarting it a couple times works but also ctrlaltdelete works, Have you tried Safe Mode and doing a system restore?

maybe, have you tried with a different card, I don't think it's a ram problem since the machine booted
