Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I have a i5 9400f looking for a new home and need a new motherboard and looking at the h series or the b series be in mind the cpu is lga 1151 socket. and a freind will give me his amd rx 590 {GPU}.

the 9400f should come with stock cooler.

the versa h17 comes with 1 exhaust fan, you can add another one to the front if you want.

as for websites, i just chose the cheapest options. you can buy all of these from your preferred website, but it will likely be more expensive

They do. But they are really small. So, I dont reccommend stock cooling (exepct AMD)
