First of all here are my specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7 9700K
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2060
Motherboard: ROG STRIX Z390-F
RAM: Kingston KHX3200C16D4/8GX DDR4 x2
SSD: KINGSTON SUV400S37480G
SSD: KINGSTON SA2000M81000G

So i think my pc is underperforming since i am getting lower fps in games than i should since i meet the requirements for the games. For example i play apex legends with the lowest settings and resolution 1920x1080 and i get around 70-80 fps. This happens with alot of games so its not the fault of apex. Also would like to know if my pc is actually underperforming or am i just crazy.

Help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!
