Wifi router OS

I have just been given an Intel nuc and I think I'll turn it into a wifi router. What is a good OS to use? One with a web interface.

I've used PfSense in the past, which is great and lightweight. Also provides full UTM firewall.

I have also used pfsense. I had an issue with using it with wireless. It would forget the settings for the wifi on reboot. That would not be a problem except I will only be using this for wifi. I have no ethernet cables in my house.
