I'm upgrading my cpu

So I just have a question, I currently have a set up with a asrock b450m pro4, ryzen 1200af 3.7ghz oc1.125 undervolt , sapphire pulse rx580 at 1366mhz constant  16gb of teamgroup 3000mhz ram 2x8gb (getting another set of the same stuff), 2tb ssd, 10tb hdd and a focus G case (mesh removed except around intakes), I use OBS and multiple games at the same time on my computer and I can get 1080p 60fps streaming while playing 1080p med-high settings (fancy stuff off), but I'm upgrading to a 1600af coming already found a good deal finally, will it fix the little hitches I have? Both in-game and on stream

Btw I undervolted for temp on the cpu it's not the greatest airflow but it's good lol temps at around 50°c when gaming but like 70°c when streaming or doing cpu stuff
