a normal 80+ is worse than a bronze, but if i were you i would spend alittle extra on a decent 80+ gold psu. i cant say enough how important it is to have a reliable psu. if your psu dies your other pc components do aswell

These two posts explain in a lot of detail what it means to have an 80 plus certification and which power supplies are recommendable. You can always buy whatever, but it's not generally recommended because some might have worse components, circuits, over-current protection, etc, leading to a lower lifespans for either only the PSU or the computer in general.
