Resolution of new build

Hunlight

Budget (including currency): no budget

Country: Lithuania

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: AAA games, mby streaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

Atm I have 1440p ultrawide monitor and with my 1080ti Im having trouble to keep 60+ fps in some games (not even saying about 100Hz monitor have) and forced to lower settings to high/medium some times to medium even which sucks.

I really love 21:9, bu that higher resolution worries me. Atm I will need smth like 3070 or even 3080 to have 60-100 fps in all the games. So the question is, I think to maybe try get a setup of 3 16:9 1440p monitors, will give some more fps but on the other hand I love the resolution of the monitor and gaming on it rocks. What gpu I would need to get 100fps in all games on high to ultra settings, and what cheaper 1440p 27" monitors you can suggest.

By no budget, do you mean it is unlimited or your trying to do it the cheapest you can???

I have the Gigabyte G34WQC. I upgraded from a 29" Ultrawide LG 1080p 60HZ to this 34" 1440p 144Hz.

I am really surprised your 1080ti can't keep up???

I have a 1070 and it seems to be doing a good job.

But maybe I haven't been running as high as you currently are.

My 2020 Upgrade: CPU: Ryzen 5 3600; MB: MSI X570 Tomohawk WiFi; Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 32GB 3600 MHz; Case: Lian Li Lancool II Mesh Performance; PSU: Corsair RM550X 80+ Gold; Storage: WD Blue 500GB SSD; Seagate 4TB Compute HDD; Monitor: GIGABYTE G34WQC 34" 144Hz Curved Gaming Monitor, 3440 x 1440 VA 1500R Display

Previous Components Still Using: GPU: MSI GTX 1070 (bought Used); Storage: WD 3TB Green HDD,WD 1TB Black HDD, SanDisk SSD PLUS 240GB

Previous Monitor I want to VESA mount: LG 29UB55-B 29" Ultrawide 1080p 60Hz IPS

Idk what u playing, but in games like last few assasin, witcher 3 etc I cant get 60 fps on all ultra not even mentioning about 100 fps. yes if I lower settings to medium-high then 60+ (like 70s~) but having not cheap PC its not what I want to see.

So far I am only playing Jedi Fallen Order and Civ6

And I am sure your system is WAY more powerful than mine.

I am sure a 30 series card will power whatever you need/desire.

anyone else can suggest which gpu is the best upgrade for ultra wide 1440p for 100fps? (60 at least on high-ultras)
or should I try to switch to triple 16:9 1440p monitors ? tho will be hard jumping from that sweet 21:9
