My Display is showing washed out colors

Luke13231

If I take a screen shot and look somewhere else it is fine I am certain that it is not the monitor because it was fine for a couple of hours after a reinstall of windows but it is back to the same washed out colors any help is much appreciated聽

Could be many things, most likely some driver issue.

Provide us with some hardware specs and which monitor you use and how its connected.

Did you install the latest drivers for your graphics card?

If not, you should download them from AMD's website and install them.聽

You can try different ports on your GPU if you haven't done that. Maybe even try out HDMI if you have an HDMI cable.

I've seen it happen before, that sometimes broken ports or cables can cause such issues.

And have you checked whether the display settings are still correct? Maybe those were reset in some way or you can try to reset the monitor to factory settings and that helps.

Other than that I don't think I have any suggestions.

Thank you I just uninstalled the newest drivers I had 20.12.1 downloaded and I think that is what the problem was.聽
