HI, I've just finished building a new pc and wanted to adjust the pc case fans speed but no matter what button I try, I cannot enter the BIOS.
I tried using the advanced reboot settings from windows to go to UEFI but that still takes me to normal log in screen.

Is something in the settings preventing me from being able to access the bios?
Or is there any way to adjust the PC case fans speeds outside of bios?

Well, I meant one or the other at a given moment. If none of these work then you might need to attempt BIOS recovery. You will need a BIOS file and a USB stick for that.

Do I just do it like I did bios flashback before installing the CPU?

As per the manual you just have to transfer the file onto the stick and turn on the computer with USB stick plugged in.

Ok so the issue doesn't seem to be bios related but monitor related.

My old 1080p monitor plugged in via HDMI as opposed to DP port on 1440p, seems to work fine and lets me get into the bios.

Is there any reason as to why this is happening?

Hi op. I seem to be facing a similar issue as yours: able to boot into OS but can't get into BIOS. What GPU are you using?

I used a GTX 1070 when I couldn't enter the BIOS, I tried resetting the CMOS but it still wouldn't take me into the BIOS. The QLED on my Strix b550-a mobo also shows white indicating a VGA issue but the display seems to be working fine.

After that I tried using a gtx745 GPU and it managed to take me into the BIOS, the white QLED on the mobo is not triggered as well. I changed my BIOS settings before swapping to back to my 1070, and the settings seems to persist (i think). Not really a solution, just wanted to add on to the issue.

EDIT: I was using the same monitor and both HDMI

I can enter the BIOS when I use HDMI, I Can't with Display port.

I think it's GPUs fault considering it pretty much performance throttles after 20 minutes of gaming.

It's always stuck.at 80c despite fans going full blast and 3 additional fans blowing fresh air from underneath.
