need help with PC freezing

So my problem is that i have a problem with my system and its freezing when i try to join cs go or other games and i wanted to ask , could you fix it for me , i could fix it myself , but the problem is that i don't know if i have that much time , it's been 5 days since ive started to develop some kind of lung problems , and i don't know what's happening to me , but just in case i pass away i want to leave my legacy to my younger brothers who i love , i hope you see this before i might pass away , im seeing doctors in sevral days , but i realy want to leave my brothers something behind me , could you please help me ? I just need this pc to get fixed .

Asking Linus directly is pointless, he's not a free PC repairman everyone can call.

 

This is a community forum, I'm sure someone on the forum will be able to help.

 

If you could change your iPhone setting to take pictures in another format, that would also help BTW as HEIC has limited compatibility.
