This is the only way to do what you want. I would guess its probably expensive. 

 

The other way to use two internet connections is a load balancing router but it doesn't make your connection faster. It just balanced the load between two internet connections. So if you have to 5 Mbps connections, you would only be able to download up to 5 Mbps, but you would be able to distribute the traffic between the two connections making it so you didnt over load one of the internet connections, as well as fail over if one connection goes down.

The problem is is Cellular devices can be network specific. Or only work on a few networks. The first thing you need to do is figure out what ISP you plan on using. Figure out what Bands they use on their network. Then find a cellular modem that has the corresponding radios. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
