Slow Ethernet

Hey I just built my computer. It replaced a pre built PC I got from best buy. My current internet is great I can watch had videos on YouTube and Netflix.....on the old computer. The new one has problems streaming anything over 480p. I use the inboard Ethernet port on my mobo. Should I get a PCI based card for the Ethernet? My budget would by 80 USD. Is my mobo broken? Or is it just to slow? Should I go wireless?

It is cention Asus PC it has an I7 16gb ram and 630 GPU. It has a generic mobo which I could not identify
