Hello,

When using my GPU to run 4K to my TV i see some red dots on the screen.

-They are spaced quite evenly, although some are placed random.

-They are not a single pixel, but radiate out to af few other pixels around them.

-I do not have any problems or instability on 1440p

-It doesnt matter if the GPU is hot/cold, overclocked or not or being stressed

The aforementioned problem: https://imgur.com/a/7w1vjB3

CPU: i7-9700k MOBO: Z390 AORUS ELITE CASE: Corsair CARBIDE 275R BLACK RAM: Corsair vengeance LPX 16GB 3200MHz SSD: Crucial P1 M.2 1000GB PCI express 3.0 NVME PSU: Seasonic Focus PX-650 PLATINUM GPU: 2080 SUPER GAMING OC GPU-AIO: NZXT kraken X53 NZXT kraken G12 CPU-AIO: NZXT kraken X53

Windows 10

Is this a broken GPU or an broken HDMI cable? (I still haven't been able to test this with a laptop or an other hdmi cable)

What should i further investigate?

Thanks
