CSGO fps issues

Good evening everyone

 

I'm quite concerned as i have a RTX 2060 super from ASUS and a AMD ryzen 5 3600 6 core processor and in the game counter strike global offensive i only get around 150 fps and not much more when other people with the same rig get about 400 fps

 

If you guys could help me resolve this issue it would be greatly appreciated

 

Things i have done to try to resolve the issue

 

Overclocked my cpu to 4.2 ghz

Reinstalled windows

Reinstalled csgo

Fps boost videos

Super low settings

Low resolution

Hey i also forgot to mention the most annoying fps stuters i have ever had

PSU : corsair rm seroes RM650

RAM : ddr4 2x8 gb 3000 mhz vengeance lpx

What do you mean with this ? Like in a normal comp game ? If so yes and i get worse fps then you see in the video provided

I mean in a normal DM game since that is supposed to be community DM

I just went in a dm game and tried to play with the 180 fps i had 

 

And i have to tell you that for me it was an unplayable mess i got so many fps drops that would freeze my game for like 1 second

I do but i dont really play other games as competitively as csgo

 

i played battlefield 4 i got ok fps there

star wars battlefront 2 got a little of fps problems but still worked out

Have you tried getting latest GPU drivers?

Yes i have tried installing the latest gpu drivers but didnt really fix my issue 

 

but as far as i know csgo is a really cpu based game ?

What do you think i should do with my drivers ?

Just force max performance from nvidia settings. Cs go is not demanding and otherwise your gpu will run on lower power saving clocks that lead to stuttering.
